The UD7000 frequency inverter includes all functions that are required for winding, unwinding and rewinding different materials. Various applications for dancer position or traction control enable the problem-free winding of sensitive film or paper waps. Automatic winding adaption, process controller for constant web speed and fast master value processing are further solutions that are implemented directly in the converter.

Together with modern control technology and HMI, we implement your control for existing systems or deliver ready-to-connect switch cabinet components.

The WEA UD7000 frequency inverter thus offers a full spectrum of application options:

• Rewinder, unwinder, overlay winder, friction winder, godet, center winder
• 2 - quadrant operation, 4 - quadrant operation
• dancer signal, voltage input up to +- 10V, current input up to +- 20 mA
• Master value signal: analog master value 0..10 V digital master value 0..100 kHz

 

Motor independent:

• Asynchronous machine with U/f- controller
• Asynchronous machine with sensorless vector control
• Asynchronous machine, field oriented controlled, encoder feedback
• Synchron machine with feedback (servo drive)
